Investing in massage is an investment in your health, and that is an investment to the quality of your life. I use a blend of healing modalities to create a unique session for each client's visit, including: Swedish/Relaxation, Orthopedic/treatment massage, Craniosacral techniques, Myofascial massage, Muscle Energy Stretches, Neuromuscular work (Trigger Point and Tender Point), Reiki and other energy work. I also use hydrotherapy in the form of hot towels, electric hot packs, and ice packs to encourage relaxation, ease, and healing. 

Each session also includes 15 min of health consultation at the beginning and ending of the massage, so the therapist can thoroughly connect and understand your needs. So for example, a 60 min massage runs 75 min with guaranteed 60 min table time.
